This policy will be:

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Our Commitment
Fuseguard LTD is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, contractors, clients, and visitors.
We recognise the high-risk nature of electrical work and aim to prevent injury, illness, and damage through safe systems and responsible behaviour.
Our Objectives
We will:
Comply with all relevant health and safety laws and standards.
Identify, assess, and control hazards and risks on all worksites.
Provide and maintain safe equipment, tools, and work practices.
Ensure all workers are trained, competent, and properly supervised.
Encourage active participation and communication on safety matters.
Report and investigate all incidents to prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities
Management: Provide leadership, training, and resources to support safe work practices.
Supervisors: Ensure safe procedures are followed and hazards are managed.
Employees & Contractors: Take reasonable care for their own safety, follow procedures, and report hazards or incidents immediately.
Implementation
Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
We conduct regular inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to ensure our worksites remain safe and compliant.
