Implementation and Monitoring


Sustainability objectives and targets will be reviewed annually.
Progress will be measured through energy use, waste reduction, recycling rates, and supplier performance.
Employees are encouraged to identify opportunities for improvement and report environmental concerns.
Senior management is accountable for ensuring this policy is effectively implemented and maintained.

Communication

This policy will be:

Displayed in company offices and on all worksites.
Communicated to all staff, contractors, and suppliers.
Available to clients and the public upon request or via the company website.

Review

This policy will be reviewed annually, or sooner if required due to changes in legislation, company operations, or sustainability priorities.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Our Commitment

Fuseguard LTD is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, contractors, clients, and visitors.

We recognise the high-risk nature of electrical work and aim to prevent injury, illness, and damage through safe systems and responsible behaviour.

 

Our Objectives

 

We will:

Comply with all relevant health and safety laws and standards.
Identify, assess, and control hazards and risks on all worksites.
Provide and maintain safe equipment, tools, and work practices.
Ensure all workers are trained, competent, and properly supervised.
Encourage active participation and communication on safety matters.
Report and investigate all incidents to prevent recurrence.
Continuously improve our safety performance.

Responsibilities

Management: Provide leadership, training, and resources to support safe work practices.
Supervisors: Ensure safe procedures are followed and hazards are managed.
Employees & Contractors: Take reasonable care for their own safety, follow procedures, and report hazards or incidents immediately.


Implementation

Safety is everyone’s responsibility.

We conduct regular inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to ensure our worksites remain safe and compliant.
